Atlanta at Carolina 1 p.m. Atlanta can point to a favorable pattern -- the one that has the visiting squad winning the past five installments of this series. To keep that one going, the Falcons want the effort that has won them two games at the Georgia Dome by a combined score of 72-35. In those contests, RB Michael Turner had 324 of his league-leading 366 yards and all of his five touchdowns; meanwhile, backup Jerious Norwood rushed for all but 18 of his 186 yards.

Former Atlanta Braves pitcher Rick Camp was found dead in his northwest Georgia home April 25. He was 59. Mr. Camp was found at his home in Rydal, about 55 miles northwest of Atlanta, Bartow County coroner Joel Guyton said. Norwood said she will ask for a recount, under rules that permit one when candidates are separated by less than 1 percent of...

" If Crawford keeps playing like he did Friday night, there shouldn't be any worries. Atlanta's valuable sixth man scored 18 points, including two crucial 3-pointers in the fourth quarter, and the Hawks beat the Boston Celtics for the second time this season, 93-85 Friday night. "I'm loving it," Crawford said. "If we get there this year, I'm really going to enjoy it. "...
